At AECOM, Angel was trained in Power BI by industry-leading project controllers while scheduling $2B+ and 20M+ square feet of complex work — NHL arenas, an NFL Hall of Fame program, aviation, education, and federal projects. Most schedulers stop at the dashboard. He didn't.
He took those dashboards further, turning schedule data into accurate, defensible delay analysis: cost-loaded CPM, window analysis, time impact analysis, and float-path tracing that quantifies delay in calendar days and dollars — the kind of evidence attorneys, owners, and executives can actually stand behind in arbitration and litigation.
Pathizer is that discipline turned into software. It applies real project-controls logic to P6/XER updates, then uses modern AI to draft the narratives, risk summaries, and dashboards — always with a human-in-the-loop so every finding stays editable, auditable, and defensible.
